Bonnie Burrito

Dabble in burritos filled with Irn-Bru Pulled Pork (yes, you did read that right), Haggis (would it be Scottish if this wasn’t an option), chicken, and more! There are also Vegan and Vegetarian options available. All hitting the affordable prices you need to help carry you through the month till your next pay day.
Looking to shoot a few darts? Try and get a board during ‘off peak’ times, which is normally half price, paired with some dishes starting at £4, you can fill yourself with Mexican nibbles & good vibes only.
Must Try: Irn-Bru Pulled Pork Burrito.

Origano
Are you in love with pasta? Or are you in love with pizza? It really doesn’t matter which you go for really, we won’t judge. Origano brings incredible pasta and gourmet pizzas to a cosy, rustic style cafe. Fire cooked pizzas, bruschetta and handcrafted deserts made from locally sourced produce that’ll blow your mind with tastiness. You can’t really go wrong.

Makars Mash Bar
World renowned Scottish comfort food in the heart of Edinburgh, Makars Mash Bar has a menu inspired by the fine local craft farmers, breweries and distillers in the local area. Makars offer ribs, lamb shank, vegetarian optins with salad’s and slaws. Think all the good stuff, with mash!

Pakora is a Punjabi Indian street food restaurant in Edinburgh. It offers authentic Indian street food in the city centre. If you’re taking your dog out with you, it’s good news, Pakora is dog friendly! Pakora bring a fusion of traditional and contemporary flavours inspired by Punjabi cuisine.
Must Try: The Famous Haggis Pakora.

Paradise Palms
With an entirely vegetarian menu, Paradise Palms shares vibrant plant based food with a twist. An award winning vegetarian food and a cocktail bar. Think burgers, dirty fries of course, mac and cheese, and so much more.
Paradise Palms has a cabaret stage, a shop and late night entertainment, so you’ll never be bored while out for your meal! Weekly DJs every Friday and Saturday night, plus live gigs and the occasional midweek special. What’s not to love. A must for if you’re wanting a fun meal and a couple of drinks.
Must Try: The Cool Original Burger, because you can’t go wrong with a classic.

Belushi’s
Belushi’s, on the Royal Mile near Edinburgh Castle, is the self proclaimed home of international football and live music! If there’s a big game, you won’t want to miss out on this place. They pair sports with the classic burgers, pizzas, cocktails and all the usual drinks. Monday to Thursday you can enjoy 2 for 1 pizzas, and £5 cocktails! Sort yourself out and get to Belushi’s.
Must Try: The Hippy Nachos are a winner.

Cafe Marmalade
If you’re looking for a homely place to grab a nice lunch in a cute cafe, then Cafe Marmalade is the one for you. Toasties, soups, cakes, pastries, and everything in between. Based in Leith, Cafe Marmalade bring traditional home cooked food for every occasion.
Must Try: The Cafe Marmalade Scottish Breakfast, their speciality!

Fountain Cafe
A cute and cosy little cafe on Grove Street. Cakes, coffees, sandwiches and all your usual suspects. Ideal for this little lunch breaks hiding from the rain, or start your day off right with cooked breakfast.
